I booked this hotel to attend a college football game near by. The staff was very kind and accommodating even getting me extra pillows without a fuss. The rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner available. The bed was comfortable and sheets were very clean. They provided two parking lots which are great to park and walk to the downtown area without having to pay a parking fee. There was free breakfast in the morning which I skipped but free breakfast is always a plus. This hotel is priced perfectly and very convenient I would stay here again if I’m the area!

This is a great location if you're staying in Springfield - just down the road from the MGM and the museums. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the included breakfasts offer multiple options to suit most visitors.

Staff were visible and friendly throughout my stay. Everything was clean and the gym had a variety of equipment. The beds were extremely comfortable. Location is perfect. I was able to walk to the casino and a famous Italian bakery on Main Street.

The Team at The Holiday Inn Express Springfield is OUTSTANDING! Everyone from front desk to room attendants to breakfast attendants to security are SUPER helpful, professional, and courteous - particularly Nelly and Genesis at the Front Desk, and especially D and Grisele at breakfast. Honestly, probably the BEST complimentary breakfast I've seen at any hotel - always fully stocked, beautiful presentation, area kept CLEAN, and the girls were constantly cleaning, replenishing, but ALWAYS smiling. The rooms are spacious and most importantly COMPLETELY CLEAN - nowadays, most industries are so short-staffed, so to see that this hotel has kept its standards in all metrics is fantastic. Management must be top-notch to lead such an incredible team, GM deserves much accolade! We used to stay at competitor hotels, but I will be staying here every single time moving forward - can't beat the location and can't beat the service!

The staff was extremely helpful throughout our stay as it was a business trip and we are a little needy when it comes to business travels! The hotel is in a great location downtown and even though they don't have valet parking is convenient. The hotel is NOT newly remodeled but is still clean and beds were comfy for our week stay.
